Leong Kee is a best place for dinner and late night supper. The famous food in Leong Kee is the Pepper Soup and the Fried Kuey Teow. Also, there are other food like, Loh Mee and Hokkien Mee.

Pepper Soup Noodle

This Pepper Soup Noodle is filled with pork slices, cabbage and a lot of pepper. This Pepper soup can go with noodle or without noodle. It costs RM8.00.

Fried Kuey Teow

This Fried Kuey Teow is the best fried Kuey Teow that i ever ate, you would not able to taste this elsewhere. It comes with a raw egg on top of the Kuey Teow and you have to mix thoroughly with the Kuey Teow. It costs only RM8.00.

S.O.C Snow or Coffee in Wangsa Maju

I've been searching for cafe which serve nice coffee and dessert recently. And I found S.O.C Cafe in Wangsa Maju are serving nice coffee and dessert in an affordable price. It is still a new cafe where it has a unique interior design that allows people to relax and enjoy nice coffee and dessert. I went there twice and tried some of the dessert and coffee there. It is a nice place to have tea break where you can chit-chat with friends and family. S.O.C Cafe is also located nearby the Wangsa Maju LRT Station (5-10 minutes walk) where I found that it is quite convenient for people who take public transport.

I love the way they served the affogato (Vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top and espresso) by putting it on a wood plate and it costs RM7.90 only. 

 

They serve three different types of espresso with normal espresso, double shot espresso and espresso con panna. Normal espresso is RM5.50, double shot + RM1.00 and espresso con panna also + RM1.00. This Espresso Con Panna has a single shot with whipped cream on top. 

 

 

~Now, it's DESSERT TIME~

 

They serve yummy yogurt with nuts, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi fruits and also a cup of milk at only RM7.90. 

 

And also they have cakes at RM7.90 which I think it taste just simple.

S.O.C's Signature Waffles with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup which I think is nice. The ice cream flavor is optional and it costs only RM6.90.

 I really SATISFY to pay RM 6.50 to get my lunch set which is depend on my choice, EAT what i LIKE. It's really feeling GREAT~^^v

The lunch set is from food court which is located at Jalan Dungun (opposite Help University KPD or below Starbuck) and it's underground so you have take stairs to go down.

First, I choose my favourite spaghetti and macaroni.

Second, I choose my favourite Crispy fried chicken.

***Sauces: BLACKPEPPER, TOMATO,                                 MUSHROOM

Third, I choose my favourite blackpepper sauce.

                  2 CHOICE:

***Coleslaw, Sausage, Mix veggie, 

    Green Salad, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, 

     French Fried, Grilled Potato

Lastly, I choose my favourite green salad and potato salad.

PS: Never TRY, Never KNOW!! ^^ DELICIOUS lunch set at CHEAPER price and i hope you all will LIKE and ENJOY it.

Restoran Lim Mee Yoke, SS2

Here's the first post of the blog and I thought of starting it with a restaurant nearby my working place.  This place actually sells quite a number of food but mostly are Chinese food and it is non-halal.  The food pricing here is pretty much affordable by most of the people and the taste of the food is above average.

I've ordered Loh Mee for my lunch. It is cheap and the taste is really good.  After trying various stalls that offer Loh Mee, this restaurant ultimately has the best of it in PJ so far.  The soup taste good and not too salty or over-seasoning.  It has small prawns, few pieces of meat, kangkung, and egg.  They separated the fried onion because not every like this.  Best noodle to eat with will be yellow noodle but it's based on the individual preference.

My friend who went with me for lunch ordered Wantan mee.  It is simple but has a really nice scent of sesame oil.  It came with cha siew and wantan soup.  In the picture there's no cha siew because my friend ordered with pure wantan instead.  So there's a choice that whether you want cha siew alone or mix or wantan alone.

After our main course, we also order some "dessert".  Over here, they have really nice toast bread and steam bread.  Inside the bread is simply just some margarine and kaya.  Somehow they just managed to toast and steam the bread until it's really crunchy and soft.  Very skillful.

There's more food than this but I prefer Loh Mee the most.  I recommend the prawn noodle here as it is their signature here and it has been getting very good positive reviews about it.  Unfortunately I personally can't taste it because I'm allergic to prawn.  For the drinks side, it is pretty much the same as normal restaurant, nothing special about it.

If you're looking for a nice and cozy place for Penang Hawkers Style kind of stall, Lim Mee Yoke is a good choice.  Less than Rm 10.00 per meal will satisfy your tummy :)
